Return Window (Boutique Items)
You may request a return within 15 days of delivery for most boutique items.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Email maemadecreationsboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is undamaged and you simply changed your mind/need a different size, the customer pays return shipping.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return label after approval (please include photos in your email).
Partner-Fulfilled Items (Select Apparel & Seasonal Styles)
Some products are shipped directly from our trusted U.S. fulfillment partners to offer you more styles and sizes. These items follow a slightly different policy:

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect only: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging.

Returns for size, fit, or preference are not accepted at this time.

Orders containing both boutique and partner-fulfilled items may ship separately.
Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, jewelry/accessories (for hygiene reasons), and custom or personalized items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before returning.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, place a new order for the item you want and submit a return for the original (if eligible).
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
